J.J. Seattsburgh was founded in 2008 with its co-owners hailing from both sides of the North American continent. One in Seattle and one in Pittsburgh (get it?), the team has been working collaboratively on web-based businesses and projects for several years. J.J. Seattsburgh is the culmination of their talents and expertise, bringing beautiful designs from both the web and other media to their clients. Having 20 years of combined professional experience with web development, content writing, graphic design and web management, the J.J. Seattsburgh team has spent their lives working on ways to create enjoyable experiences through media.

To put it simply, we love the challenge of making your ideas into reality. We view every client as an individual process and strive to reflect the goals and mission of your company through our creations. Our designs will always be pleasing, effective, and reasonable. What are all the services you offer?
Whatever you need, we will strive to do. Web page design, image design, logo design, image editing, direct mail design, pamphlet/brochure design, sign/banner design, writing web copy, wordpress and phpbb setup, blogs, flash animation, and more. Most of our services are listed under the Pricing tab.

How do you handle ordering services?
All services will be discussed and a final price will be agreed on. At that time, 30% of the final price must be paid, with the remaining 70% due upon satisfactory completion.

What is your design process?
It depends on the particular thing being designed, but typically as follows: The client informs us of their needs, targets, ideas, and provides any materials they wish to be used in the design. We will offer our input and begin work on some initial mock-ups. The concepts will be shown to the client and the client can choose their favorites, suggest revisions, etc. Revisions will then be made if necessary and a final concept will be drawn up. The final design will then be completed and transferred to the client.

How long will the designs take?
Naturally, that also depends on the task at hand. Small image designs or brochures can be as little as a couple days. Larger projects and complex websites can take several weeks.

What do you offer in the area of web support?
All web design comes with 3 days of complimentary support. Monthly maintenance packages are available for all web designs at an extra cost, which include maintenance and upgrades, changes, adding/removal of content, etc. See Pricing for info. Additionally, revisions and support are available "à la Carte" at $40/hour.

Who provides the content for my website?
Typically, you do. One of our owners is a published writer and we do offer web copy writing and will create content for you, but it will be an additional service. Starter design packages or straight design quotes do not include content or imagery.

What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card or bank transfers through Paypal are always preferred and begin work immediately. Money orders are also accepted, but no work will begin until the initial 30% has arrived via mail.
